WD20 clicking when moving in RA

Hi

I have just received my new WarpAstron WD20 and I am just testing it out. All the reviews say it is silent when slewing. The DEC axis is pretty silent but the RA makes a mechanical clicking (graunchy?) sound. This could be normal but it is completely different to the DEC axis.

This is unloaded and I am only using the hard controller.

Hi Chris,

I have exactly the same sound during RA slewing with mine. (Ordered in June)
It also surprised me after watching some videos and reviews…
I contacted Warpastron support who told me that the noise is normal in RA (apparently it is due to the presence of the brake)
I was able to test my mount, it works perfectly :+1:
