WD-20 with motors offline

Hello
i’ve tried flashing the new firmware and the motors, following the instructions.
At the flash of the motors i’ve got an error (timeout) and now the motors now are offline and i can’t go over…
Motor 01 and 02 timeout, and status offilne
In pipeline tab i can enter in bridge mode, but when i select the 236 firmware i’ve got an error (now is motor not ready) and i can’t go over.
How can i get the motors online again?

Thanks

Solved by WarpAstron super support, with a remote connection to my WD-20

Reflashed the motors, my issue.

Please take care the instruction (not only the PDF attached in the file, but also on the site) pay attention!!!

Mind sharing the details so we don’t fall into the same situation? Right now my WD-20 works perfectly and I probably don’t want to fix what isn’t broken but would like to know

Well. Please add some icy and frozen drops on the back.

Wd-20 and ASIAIR. Pay attention ho home position setting, Asiair could rewrite it.

I think, i’m not sure… I was pointing near the zenith, then i’ve called the home position from asiair.
The wd-20 locked into 90° degrees (you have, by default, the limit of 88 degrees) and the motors stopped working.

So: should i’ll try to reflash the firmware invoking a reset?
I’ve done it, then i’ve bricked the wd-20.

Please take care the different mode to flash the firmware, because there are 3 different scenarios. Don’t stop to the pdf attached to the firmware zip file!
