Timezone and UTC offset

Dear @Technical

i’m not sure about the UTC offset during Daylight saving.
I’m using the wd-20 with Stellarmate / Ekos (Indi driver) and get wrong reading.

Obviously the time and location is found via its built in GPS but the time UTC time is one hour ahead.
Local time on the screenshot is 10:07PM - that would be 08:07 UTC with an offset of 2 hours as correctly displayed. but instead the UTC time shown is one hour ahead.
