I’m having a problem with my WD20 with a Sky Esprit 120 scope.
In the rest position, pointing north with my scope on top and a protective cover, if there’s a bit of wind, the mount comes out of rest and pivots slightly several degrees to the west. I have to manually reset it.
Do you have this problem?

Did this happened during power off?
As normally load will placed in roughly balanced position on DEC axis, so no brake on DEC axis. If power off with motor torque output stopped, the DEC axis can be moved. This is normal design.
You can power on the mount to avoid DEC moved at high external force like pushing or wind. Or do a Return to Home before start operation on next time.
Yes when power is off
I have to put a small wedge to prevent movement
But sometimes it’s insufficient.
