What is involved in replacing a defective early model WD20 Front Panel Switch Assembly, where no Firmware update is desired? How do you even remove the Front Panel?
My replacement kit contains the plastic Front Panel with attached PCB, two cables of different lengths and four tiny black “hockey puck” looking objects. The inward facing PCB side looks like it has a QR code in one corner.
